Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Akron, OH, for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and executing creative interior design concepts, completing space planning projects, collaborating on construction drawings, selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and working closely with clients to bring their design vision to life. The role involves working alongside clients and team members to deliver tailored, high-quality design solutions.
Qualifications
Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality
Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings for creating and interpreting design plans
Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, finishes, and materials
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Knowledge of current trends in interior design and home furnishings
