About The Job The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling and strategically optimized organic content creative across various digital platforms. You must be able to shoot content and edit footage to create polished videos with music, titles, and subtitles (your own equipment is preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Content Development: Conceptualize, create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to the unique branding and voice of each restaurant client for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Client Strategy Execution: Develop and implement customized social media strategies for multiple restaurant clients to align with their business goals and marketing campaigns.

Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions for each client, responding in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics for each client's social media activity, providing monthly reports and suggesting improvements based on data insights.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new consumer-first ideas into content plans for each client that are in tune with internet culture.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams and restaurant clients to ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing initiatives through coordinated content efforts.

Content Calendar Management: Manage content calendars for each restaurant client to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in Social Media and Photography for 1+ years. Familiarity with all social media platforms and best practices. Experience executing campaigns, both paid and organic, is a plus.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).

Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Attributes: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, a keen sense of the latest social media trends, and, of course, full of creativity.
