Role Overview The Growth Marketing & Operations Specialist is responsible for driving

lead generation initiatives , managing

digital acquisition campaigns , and optimizing

marketing automation workflows

that support

HYFIX’s

growth. This role focuses on campaign execution, lead funnel optimization, and performance analytics while also

supporting operational coordination

for host onboarding and station deployment readiness. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data-driven growth initiatives with operational execution and is comfortable working with both marketing tools and technical deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage digital acquisition campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

Identify and source potential host leads through digital campaigns, outreach, and marketing initiatives.

Manage and maintain lead pipelines and records within HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Build and optimize automated workflows for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up sequences.

Continuously optimize lead pipelines to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track and analyze campaign performance across acquisition channels.

Monitor key growth metrics such as conversion rates, campaign performance, and funnel progression.

Build dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and lead generation effectiveness.

Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve conversion.

CRM & Marketing Automation

Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Build automated lead qualification, scoring, and routing workflows.

Maintain accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking across the funnel.

Improve internal processes for lead intake, tracking, and reporting.

Deployment Coordination & Customer Setup

Coordinate with hosts during station onboarding and setup.

Assist with basic station configuration over Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular connections when needed.

Provide clear instructions and documentation to support successful station installations.

Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and onboarding processes.

Process Improvement & Operations

Identify bottlenecks in lead generation, onboarding, or deployment workflows.

Propose and implement improvements to make operational processes more scalable.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve tools used for monitoring and reporting.

Maintain internal documentation, deployment guides, and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications Experience

1–3+ years of experience in growth operations, marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related operational role.

Experience managing digital campaigns or marketing initiatives that generate inbound or outbound leads.

Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM workflow tools.

Experience working with marketing analytics tools or campaign reporting dashboards.

Basic networking knowledge (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP configuration) to support station onboarding and deployment.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Professional Skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and operational workflows simultaneously.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and engineering teams.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications

Experience running campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar digital channels.

Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

Experience working in startup or fast-growing technology environments.

Familiarity with IoT, distributed networks, or hardware deployments.
