Who are you?

We are looking for a talented Creative Designer for our client within the pharmaceutical industry. Must have visual communication skills including graphic design, layout and typography, and be comfortable in multiple workstream environments. You will execute on a variety of digital, online and print deliverables which include websites, banners, interactive PDFs, interactive visual aids, brochures, product packaging.

The role will be aligned to delivering on our client’s omnichannel strategy, focused on digital and print content and implementation of best practices. The Creative Designer will support the omnichannel program of the client. The focus is on asset creation, adaptation and refresh.

Responsibilities

Design, edit, update and refresh diverse digital, online web/mobile and print deliverables such as visual aids, websites, brochures, snippets, posters, logos, banners, interactive PDFs, e‑learning modules & covers for products and services.

Execute on the creative direction and design concepts, develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables and communicate ideas.

Support development of campaigns, promotional and communication materials.

Develop interactive assets with solid concepting expertise.

Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development.

Follow branding/asset guidelines created by AORs and apply them to designs.

Support and maintain desired project delivery schedules and SLAs.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and process.

Apply knowledge of responsive design principles.

Manage changes and updates as per the content approval process.

Develop color palettes and stylesheets as directed.

Support graphic design efforts in UX Omnichannel strategy rollout.

Prove experience with tools, techniques, software, and knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required.

Ideal Profile

8–10 years of experience in graphic designing specifically for online, mobile and responsive design, with experience in omnichannel delivery.

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, & Figma.

Experience in responsive design for mobile OSes like iOS and Android.

Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment.

Strong experience in strategy skills and an eye for compelling digital storytelling.

Graduate/Post‑Graduate with relevant years of experience.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask.

Capable of finding creative ways to get things done effectively and collaboratively.

Proactive in all aspects of the role – able to flag concerns/issues in a timely manner.
