growth leadership role

for someone who wants to

build, experiment, and scale . You will help shape how the firm attracts clients, builds partnerships, and expands its national presence.

We are looking for a

Director of Growth & Business Development

to lead the firm’s next chapter of growth. This role sits at the intersection of

strategy, partnerships, brand, and revenue .

You’ll work closely with leadership to launch new initiatives, build high-impact partnerships, and create growth systems that drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities Revenue and Growth Strategy

Design and execute a firm-wide growth strategy focused on measurable revenue expansion

Identify and launch new revenue streams, service offerings, or client segments

Build forecasts and growth models aligned with firm objectives

Partnerships and Business Development

Develop and scale a referral and strategic partnership program

Establish relationships with organizations and partners aligned with immigration services

Formalize partnership agreements that generate recurring inbound business

Brand Authority and Thought Leadership

Secure speaking engagements, media placements, and public visibility for firm partners

Position the firm as a recognized authority in immigration law

Support messaging, positioning, and market differentiation

Client Growth and Retention

Oversee strategic relationships with high-value clients

Increase referral volume and client lifetime value

Support retention and expansion initiatives

Integrated Marketing and Vendor Leadership Digital and Marketing Ownership

Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and PR

Evaluate performance using an ROI-focused framework

Source, onboard, manage, and hold marketing vendors accountable for revenue outcomes

Ensure vendors are aligned with business growth goals

Budget and Brand Management

Own the marketing budget and allocation strategy

Protect and elevate the firm’s brand across all channels

Qualifications Required

8+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Business Development

3+ years in a Director or Vice President-level role

Proven history of driving net new revenue growth

Experience managing SEO, PPC, social media, and PR vendors

Strong analytical and forecasting skills

Highly tech-savvy with regular use of AI tools and digital platforms to drive efficiency, data insights, and scalable growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in legal, finance, or professional services

Exposure to immigration law or regulated service environments

Experience scaling founder-led or partner-led organizations
