Oscar is working with a leading creative and design and build company that is looking for an experienced
Business Development Representative
to join their team.
As the
BDR , you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and develop qualified opportunities within key leisure and entertainment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage inbound and outbound prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client objectives, timelines, and project requirements
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
Manage and progress opportunities within HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales transition materials
Execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone
Partner with Marketing on campaigns, messaging strategies, and target account lists
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required
Required Qualifications
Experience in business development, lead generation, or consultative sales
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Highly organized with strong attention to pipeline management and CRM processes
Experience using HubSpot CRM for outreach tracking, pipeline management, and reporting is preferred
Self-motivated
Interest or experience in leisure, hospitality, construction, or experiential sectors is advantageous

Salary: First-year earning potential of $100k - $150k, dependent on experience and selling ability
