$95,000-115,000 annually Role Modeling and Capability Building
Serve as a role model, driving habits and capabilities within the process team that align with best practices in manufacturing systems and operational excellence for pharma manufacturing. Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Capture Actuals: Record the actual time for each phase of the process. Establish Standards: Develop standards based on the captured data. Process Optimization
Time Study: Conduct time studies to analyze and improve processes. Propose Solutions: Identify and propose methods to optimize processes. Scoreboard Tool Development
Tool Creation: Develop a scoreboard tool to track and display process performance. Desired Background
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is beneficial. Experienced in aseptic environments. Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed time studies and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in developing and implementing process standards and optimization tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques. Certifications: Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable. Day in the Life
Data Collection: Gather data on process times and performance. Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Standardization: Develop and implement standards for process phases. Tool Development: Create and refine tools to monitor and improve process efficiency. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
