THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: As a Brand Coordinator, you will support the coordination and execution of the Own Brand team’s processes and tasks. Your flexibility, organization and attention to detail will enable the team to achieve sales growth and business objectives. You’ll be directly responsible for SKU maintenance, sample management, marketing, as well as general administrative support.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
Manages SKU setup and ongoing maintenance by creating and updating SKUs in accordance with Brand Manager direction, including descriptions, brand assignments, style and feature codes, and channel classifications.
Maintains and manages key trackers and files, including the Master SKU file and Order File, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. Supports the organization of supporting documentation to enable efficient team workflows and cross‑functional alignment.
Coordinates sample management activities, including sample turnover, ordering and shipping samples as needed, sample tracking, and maintaining an organized and up‑to‑date sample library.
Supports marketing execution through planogram and graphic strip proofing, artwork reviews, and magazine coordination. Develops e-commerce article briefs and product sell sheets with input and guidance from the team.
Assists with product development initiatives through various actions including coordination of project timelines in Monday.com, compiling monthly trend reports and competitive analysis to share with the team.
Supports day‑to‑day team operations by assisting with calendar management, coordinating and supporting meetings (including setup, note‑taking, and action‑item tracking), online Brand QA, and managing and routing Ulta support tickets to ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
Merchandising expertise not required
Bachelor's degree in retail merchandising or relevant field preferred
Organization: ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop best practices for achieving those goals
Communicates effectively: in a variety of settings, attentively listens to others, pro-actively provides timely and helpful information and encourages the open expression of ideas and opinions
Collaboration: strong partnership with internal partners, understands that success is done by a team of people
Problem solving: ability to identify and prioritize a problem and implement solutions
Planning and prioritizing: ability to stay organized in a fast-moving business
MS Office: demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
Passion: for brands, products and assortment development

The pay range for this position is $20.87 - $27.00 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
