Senior Account Manager
Craft Agency Ltd, New York, NY, United States
Overview
Known for strategically grounded, visually distinctive packaging and brand identity work in the spirits, beer, and wellness space, this studio boasts founders with combined experience that spans nearly a decade of partnership across design studios, art collectives, and innovation consultancies. The Role
You will own day-to-day leadership of the studio’s most important client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact across branding and packaging programmes. This means leading complex, often global projects end-to-end – timelines, scopes, resourcing, budgets, and risk management. You will partner with senior creative leadership to ensure the work stays sharp and the process stays clear. Commercial accountability sits with you: profitability, burn, scope, and forecasting across your accounts. You will also help build the operational backbone of a fast-growing studio and mentor more junior account and project staff. At most agencies, a Senior Account Manager inherits a way of working. Here, you will help define it. The studio is at the exact moment where operational and client leadership decisions made now will shape how the agency runs at twice its current size. The Package
$110,000 – $140,000. Hybrid working. Extended Christmas break, birthday off, two hours per week dedicated to mental or physical wellness, and 401k matching after one year. The Person
A Senior Account Manager currently at a boutique or mid-size branding or packaging agency in New York – likely 5–8 years in, managing accounts competently but working within a structure that limits your influence. You probably have strong beverage category experience and are trusted by clients and creatives alike, and you’re looking to step into something where your contribution is genuinely felt.
