Experience level:
1-2 years professional experience This role will assist with a variety of initiatives focused on client outreach, content development, and promotional efforts. The position works closely with marketing team members to help implement strategic initiatives that support practice groups, professionals, and client engagement efforts. Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral Support the development and distribution of written content including articles, announcements, and other communications Draft and update professional biographies and internal marketing materials Conduct research related to prospective clients, industry opportunities, and professional organizations Assist with planning and coordinating client events and marketing initiatives Maintain and update marketing and contact databases Provide general marketing and administrative support to the broader marketing team Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Approximately 2+ years of marketing, communications, or business development experience in a professional services environment Strong writing and editing skills with experience producing professional content Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with marketing or contact databases is a plus Additional Information
