Freelance Copywriter (CRM & Digital Marketing)
We are seeking a
creative, detail-oriented Freelance Copywriter
to support our marketing team with CRM and digital marketing assets. This role is ideal for a writer who understands
brand voice, customer engagement, and conversion-driven messaging
within retail, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods. You will help craft compelling copy across
email, SMS, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional assets , ensuring every message reflects our brand voice while driving customer engagement and sales. Job Responsibilities
Write and edit
CRM communications , including: SMS messages Loyalty and promotional messaging Paid social ads Website banners and landing pages Product launch messaging Promotional campaigns Translate marketing briefs into
clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy Maintain
consistent brand voice and tone
across all channels Collaborate with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to support
campaign launches and product storytelling Revise copy based on stakeholder feedback and performance insights Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a
fast-paced retail marketing environment Job Qualifications
2+ years of
copywriting experience , preferably in retail, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG Experience writing
CRM marketing copy (email + SMS) Strong understanding of
digital marketing and customer engagement Ability to adapt tone across
promotional, product, and brand storytelling Excellent editing and proofreading skills Comfortable working from
creative briefs and marketing calendars Highly organized and able to manage
