Your role and responsibilities Responsibilities
Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet clients' business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Provide Expert Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, understanding their business processes and guiding them through the implementation process to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central functions, including business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects. Deliver Training and Support: Deliver training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. Analyze Requirements: Analyze client requirements to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs. This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US Education
Required education Bachelor\'s Degree Required technical and professional expertise
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR: Experience working with the Employee Central platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key functions like business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects. Knowledge of EC Integrations: Exposure to internal and external EC integrations, including understanding of data exchange and interface protocols. SuccessFactors Modules: Experience working with other SuccessFactors modules, including understanding of their functionality and integration with Employee Central. Requirements Analysis: Experience analyzing client requirements to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Solution Design: Experience designing HR technology solutions that meet clients' business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
