$55K + uncapped commission and car allowance

Join Our Team! Mickey Truck Bodies is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Parts Sales & Administrative Support professional to support our Fleet Service Center operations in Freehold, NJ. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations within a busy truck and trailer body repair facility, combining parts sales, customer service, inventory management, and administrative support.

The innovative product line‑up is prevalent in industries such as food & beverage, vending, propane, rental trucks, emergency & rescue, battery, oil & natural gas, and data storage. What You’ll Do

Assist customers in identifying, quoting, and ordering truck and trailer parts (in person, phone, and email outreach)

Conduct structured in‑person sales calls and prospect new accounts

Prepare purchase orders, parts sales orders, and invoices accurately

Maintain inventory control (receive, inspect, stock, and track parts)

Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines

Process returns, warranty claims, and core exchanges

Manage accounts receivable

Provide administrative support including billing, filing, data entry, scheduling, and reporting

Answer phones and greet customers professionally

Maintain a clean and organized parts and office area

Required What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company insurance standards

1–3 years of experience in parts sales, service writing, or administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Detail‑oriented with strong data entry accuracy

Preferred

Knowledge of truck and trailer components

Associate degree

Experience in truck, trailer, or automotive industry
