We manage between $1.5M - $2M of parts a year.## Benefits* **Closed Every Weekend To Spend Time With Family & Friends*** **Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Starting DAY 1*** **Healthcare Benefits Available*** **4% Dollar for Dollar 401K Match*** **Employer-paid Financial Wellness Program and App, SmartDollar & EveryDollar*** **Locally Owned and Operated*** **On-Going Training & Career Advancement*** **Chaplain Care Support Available*** **Weekly Lunches Provided*** **Employee Appreciation Events*** **Employee Point Store Access - Redeem Your Flywheel Training Points For Awesome Swag*** **Continuous Training Available Through The CBA Flywheel Learning System**## Responsibilities**Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:**,* Estimate Repair Orders from the technicians Digitial Vehicle Inspection Report* Receiving and ordering parts for vehicles that are in the repair approval process* Entering parts information into work orders* Managing in house parts inventory* Initiating and documenting parts returns* Initiating and following up on warranty claims with vendors* Move vehicles from intake spots to stage for the next step in the process* Reconciling Monthly Part Statements* Pay Vendor Monthly Statements* Be the back up for all Advisor tasks like shuttling our guests* Various other administrative tasks and light janitorial duties as required* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** **You must have 5+ years of parts experience.*** Must have a valid driver's license.* Driving record must be acceptable to our insurance carrier.* Prior computer and customer service experience required.* Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs.* High school education is a plus.* Good communication skills and a desire and ability to work with the public.* Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.* Previous experience as a counter person at an auto parts store is a plus.## Physical Requirements* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.* Drive manual transmissions vehicles.* Efficiently navigate a computer.## Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
