This four-week event takes place in person on Thursday evenings, March 19 and 26 and April 2 and 9 in Ithaca We offer the most complete home buyer course available!

Receive your free credit report and score Learn how to find and pay for a new home Understand special loan and grant programs for first-time buyers Make sense of those closing documents! We also offer a Home Inspection Class The Home Inspection Classtakes place on site where a certified inspector walks us through a home inspection. It involves a close examination of the home inside and out, including basements, attics, garages, yards and so on. During this class you’lllearn what to look for
when you are visiting homes for sale. By the end of the session you’ll know what questions to ask and be able to identify potential “show stoppers.” The Home Inspection Class is $20 but is
