R0054908Wolters Kluwer, Financial & Corporate Compliance division, CT corp., provides registered agent, incorporation, and legal entity compliance services for businesses.As a **Fulfillment Associate**, **Document Management**, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and workflow processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills.In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in Boston, MA.

**Responsibilities:**

• Accurately enter orders into the system.

• Perform order administration tasks.

• Coordinate with embassies and third-party vendors for order fulfillment.

• Communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain operational documents and records.

• Complete orders in a timely manner.

• Ensure customer service standards are met.

• Respond to basic customer inquiries.

• Help with general administrative duties as needed.

**Skills:**

• Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing.

• Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles.

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

• Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.

• Basic Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory checks and reporting.
