As a mid-level architect, you will assist in leading a team of designers to deliver full concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases with direct engagement with the owners and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field from an accredited university required. Master’s in architecture or related field from accredited university preferred Architecture Licensure is preferred but not required. Experience working with consultants and leading internal team deliverables is required. 5+ Years’ experience (3+ years in hospitality projects). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required Must be able to engage and assist in producing documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both orally and written. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future Responsibilities
Manage within all phases of design documentation through construction administration project accounting, staffing, and scheduling Client Management technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types Manage and engage in multiple projects simultaneously in overlapping phases Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
