We are seeking candidates with prior sales or automotive experience — but we’re also willing to train the right person who has great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits Guide customers through the entire sales process Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and financing options Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Requirements
Preferred: Previous automotive or retail sales experience Not required — we will train the right candidate who demonstrates: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and self motivation Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment Comfort using technology and CRM tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Benefits
