Overview

Job Description: Onboarding Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Onsite 5 days a week Location: Corona, CA 92879, USA Compensation: Salary range is $75,000– $85,000 with actual pay dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, HR operations, and international onboarding. As the Onboarding Specialist (Talent Acquisition Specialist International – Spanish), you will support the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition function, acting as a critical liaison between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, HR business partners, payroll, IT, and international office managers. You will own and coordinate key onboarding tasks for new hires across multiple countries, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and consistent experience from offer acceptance through the first days of employment.

What You’ll Do Onboarding & Talent Acquisition Support

Receive, review, and coordinate approvals for all hiring-related documents and requests.

Support recruiters by posting job openings and maintaining accurate, up-to-date requisition information.

Initiate and track background checks for new hires (e.g., criminal, MVR, E-Verify, and other region-specific checks).

Support the drafting and issuance of offer letters in coordination with recruiters and HR business partners.

Prepare and send new hire packets, ensuring content aligns with local and regional requirements.

Receive, review, and verify completion and accuracy of all new hire paperwork and documentation.

Notify all relevant departments and external partners of employee changes, transfers, promotions, and new hires.

Coordinate closely with IT and office managers in international markets to secure and deliver new hire equipment on time.

Collaborate with payroll and payroll vendors to ensure new hire data is accurate and processed within required timelines.

Work with HR Business Partners to ensure legal compliance for contracts and onboarding documentation in each country and region.

Partner with Recruiters, HRBPs, and Learning & Development to coordinate and support New Hire Orientation.

Perform other onboarding and talent acquisition-related duties as needed.

General HR Administration & Data Integrity

Create, maintain, and update HR and Talent Acquisition forms, templates, and standard documents.

Gather and prepare requested HR and onboarding information for internal audits and reviews.

Serve as a point of contact for HR/Talent Acquisition inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to employees and managers.

Process invoices related to talent acquisition and onboarding activities, coordinating with other departments as needed.

Assist with the planning and execution of Talent Acquisition events (e.g., career fairs, recruiting campaigns, hiring events).

Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives across international markets.

Work closely with business clients, payroll, and process teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data systems.

Proactively monitor, validate, and update employee and candidate data, making adjustments as necessary.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific data corrections and submit modifications in a timely and compliant manner.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned; responsibilities may be adjusted as business needs evolve.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

4+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting administration, ideally with exposure to international markets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to problem-solve and anticipate needs.

Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion; able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Client-service oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to quality and accuracy.

Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to support Spanish-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
