Role
We are seeking a driven, high-energy Mid-Market Business Development Executive to support two Mid-Market Account Executives in expanding pipeline across North America.
This role focuses on companies with 1,000–2,500 employees across all industries and time zones. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity, high-impact environment and has proven experience engaging mid-market decision-makers and setting meetings with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Target Mid-Market Accounts (1,000–2,500 Employees)
Identify and research mid-market companies across all industries
Map accounts and identify key stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Director-level)
Develop outreach strategies tailored to industry and company profile
Engage prospects across all North American time zones
Set Qualified Meetings with Decision-Makers
Secure high-quality meetings with key stakeholders and economic buyers
Set meetings aligned with strategic initiatives and business priorities
Multi-thread accounts to increase engagement and buying group coverage
Prepare briefing notes and hand-offs to Account Executives
Generate High-Volume, High-Quality Pipeline
Partner closely with two Mid-Market Account Executives
Drive consistent outbound pipeline generation
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting
Support opportunity progression through early-stage sales cycle
Travel & Market Engagement
Travel within North America as needed (estimated 10–25%)
Attend industry events, regional meetings, and strategic planning sessions
Support in-person account engagement when required
2–5+ years of business development or SDR experience targeting mid-market companies
Experience working with companies in the 1,000–2,500 employee range
Proven ability to set meetings with senior stakeholders
Experience engaging prospects across multiple industries
Comfortable working across all North American time zones
High energy, high activity, and disciplined time management
CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel
This Is a High-Activity Role This position requires a disciplined outbound cadence and consistent pipeline creation. You should be comfortable with high daily call volumes, multi-channel outreach, structured prospecting blocks, proactive follow-ups, and data-driven performance tracking.
Hybrid role - 1 day a week in the Philadelphia office
