Role We’re looking for a high-performing Strategic Business Development Executive with experience navigating complex enterprise environments and consistently setting meetings with senior decision-maker to support our Account Executive in driving enterprise growth across North America. This role focuses on strategic outreach, executive engagement, and securing meetings with key stakeholders inside Fortune 500 organizations.

Responsibilities Drive Fortune 500 Outreach

Identify, research, and map Fortune 500 accounts

Execute strategic multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)

Engage C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders

Penetrate complex organizational structures

Set High-Value Executive Meetings

Secure qualified meetings aligned with strategic account priorities

Schedule conversations with key decision-makers and economic buyers

Support meeting preparation and executive briefings

Multi-thread within enterprise accounts to build engagement depth

Build Enterprise Pipeline

Generate qualified pipeline opportunities

Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to advance deals

Track engagement activity and opportunity progression in CRM

Contribute to account planning and territory strategy

Travel & Client Engagement

Travel across North America as needed (estimated 20–40%)

Attend enterprise meetings, industry conferences, and strategic sessions

Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in enterprise business development, SDR, or strategic sales support

Proven success conducting outreach into Fortune 500 companies

Demonstrated ability to set meetings with C-suite and senior executives

Experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles

Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Willingness to travel
