experienced Automotive Finance Managers
to join our
regional sales management team . If you have a proven background in automotive F&I and want
strong earning potential, stability, and career growth , we want to talk with you.
Dealership Finance Experience is Required.
Also having Sales Desk or Sales Management experience is a potential plus.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver
100% customer satisfaction
during the purchase and finance process
Structure and process vehicle finance deals
Maximize profitability through F&I products and services
Build strong relationships with
lenders and financial institutions
Ensure compliance with all
legal and regulatory standards
Maintain efficient finance office workflow
Achieve monthly finance performance goals
Coordinate funding and deal completion with lending partners
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years Automotive F&I Management experience
Sales Management or Desk experience is a plus
Track record of strong F&I production
(ex: $1,000+ per unit preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to meet
state and federal licensing requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
