Customer Service Representative

Superior is currently seeking a high-energy individual to work as a Customer Service Representative at our Indianapolis, IN location. Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. Additional hours may be required Responsibilities include: Manage incoming phone calls effectively and efficiently. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers. Enter customer orders within the ERP system. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Assist the team with various administrative functions. Perform other appropriate tasks/assignments as directed Candidates should possess: Strong attention to detail Strong customer service focus Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
