The Opportunity The Enrollment Lead will be responsible for the identifying and driving improvements in payment efficiencies and processes. This role will work closely with Operational Leadership, Remittance, Account Management and Product to identify systemic improvement opportunities in payment processes. The role is responsible for driving down manual remittance activities by OrthoFi and practices through execution of payment enrollment activities, including Change of Address and ERA/EFT enrollment. The Enrollment Lead will partner with OrthoFi's OSM, TIL and Configuration teams to champion our enrollment processes with new and existing clients, improving our customer's experience and decreasing payment delays. As Enrollment Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the productivity, quality and metrics of the enrollment team.
What You Will Do
Partner with OSMs and practices when onboarding new clients to champion and execute our enrollment policies and create a smooth onboarding process
Identify and address systemic payment issues with practices resulting from business events in conjunction with OSMs
Identify sources of manual payment uploads by practices and OrthoFi
Maintain a source of record of enrollment process execution and effectiveness
Defining enrollment business processes in conjunction with other stakeholders
Track process execution and success
Develop, lead, and drive results for your team
Training Enrollment team members on enrollment activities
Oversee the execution of third‑party partnerships, ensuring all internal workflows align with legally binding contractual obligations and performance standards.
Employee reviews, one on one coaching, & performance management
Develop and maintain departmental relationships
Participating, and conducting team and departmental meetings
What You Will Bring
Experience partnering with internal teams to identify payment process improvement opportunities
Experience leading clients through change of address enrollment, EFT enrollment and the impact of coordinating changes to TINs, NPIs and treating locations
Full knowledge and experience working with dental credentialing processes
Knowledge and experience in working with such sites as CAQH
Full knowledge of dental insurance carriers payment processes
Experience working with provider information such as NPI’s, Tax ID’s, license numbers
Experience with change of address processes
Knowledge and experience with provider W-9’s
Knowledge of clearinghouse processes
Highly detailed oriented
Excellent follow through
