Commercial Lines Account Manager

to join a dynamic team. This role is a critical part of the organization, responsible for managing a diverse book of business and ensuring exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently manage accounts, handle marketing, process endorsements, and provide proactive communication. This is a

remote position , offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and professional team.

Compensation Package

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually

Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

Work Environment: Fully remote (equipment provided)

Responsibilities

Manage a $5M book of business, including accounts ranging from $500 to $500,000 in premium.

Handle a variety of account types, including contractors, hospitality (hotels and restaurants), apartment complexes, and retail businesses.

Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Process endorsements, policy changes, and other account-related tasks independently.

Conduct marketing efforts to support account growth and retention.

Provide proactive and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with the sales team and other account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications / Requirements

Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role; 7-10 years preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
