Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Description
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
Additional Compensation: Commission on account rounding/cross‑selling opportunities

Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers with day‑to‑day tasks, including obtaining loss runs, opening mail, and other administrative duties.
Provide support in quoting and processing select business accounts with premiums under $25,000.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
Participate in hands‑on training to develop skills and knowledge in commercial lines insurance.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team’s success.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a support capacity within the insurance industry.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Vertafore or similar agency management software is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Professional and presentable demeanor.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate insurance knowledge.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
