Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site leader, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Oversee commercial tenant improvement and ground‑up construction projects
Proactively schedule subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities
Interpret project plans and layouts accurately and identify potential issues early
Enforce health and safety standards on‑site
Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and site teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Tenant Improvement (TI) and Retail construction (required)
Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to travel to project sites across the Western United States
Ability to navigate active construction sites effectively
$85,000–$140,000+ annual salary
Year‑end bonus opportunity
