RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all administrative responsibilities within designated location.
Oversee Tour Directors, maintaining a professional supervisor relationship with all company employees.
Relay important tour information or deviations from staff to appropriate Guest Services Operations.
Work in a team relationship with the other Escorted Tour Operations Supervisors and Escorted Tour Operations Manager to insure good communication and a smooth running operation.
Responsible for preparing all documents needed for the Tour Directors to start a tour.
Brief and debrief Tour Directors, providing and collecting all relevant tour documentation, ensuring that all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Responsible for assisting Tour Directors with special guest requests or needs (luggage, flights, medical situations).
Assist in evaluating the performance of the Tour Director throughout the season and at the end of the season meetings.
Handle special assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
Customer service skills and a minimum of one years' experience in a customer service position.
Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and in‑person experience. Excellent organization and time management skills.
Able to obtain a valid passport.
Applicants MUST be able to gain entrance into Canada for this position and should be fully aware of the requirements for entry prior to accepting employment offers.
Applicants hired into positions that cross into Canada will be subject to background checks by the Canadian government.
Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
