Job Description:
Pay Range: $28.36hr - $31.25hr
The Order Management Contractor is responsible for coordinating and processing sales orders, particularly international orders, from booking through payment. The role includes ensuring compliance with export regulations, preparing shipment documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. Requirement/Must Have:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, tab management, and data accuracy. Experience with order processing or administrative support functions. bility to prepare documentation and follow structured processes. High attention to detail and accuracy. bility to work effectively as part of a team in an onsite environment. Experience:
Experience managing or supporting sales order processing workflows. Experience preparing shipment or order documentation. Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure order completion. Experience performing administrative tasks and maintaining documentation systems. Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate the processing of sales orders from booking through payment. Manage international sales orders and ensure accurate documentation and order tracking. Evaluate internal capabilities to determine if customer requirements can be fulfilled. Maintain compliance with federal export regulations and internal policies. Track export licenses and ensure proper documentation for shipments. Prepare customs documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate overseas shipments with freight forwarders. Prepare documentation required for Letters of Credit to facilitate payment collection. Support administrative tasks including answering customer calls and maintaining documentation systems. Review booking packages, order records, and shipment documentation for accuracy and completeness. Skills:
Order processing and administrative coordination. Microsoft Excel data management and analysis. Documentation preparation and compliance tracking. Customer service and communication. Logistics coordination and shipment documentation. Qualification And Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Should Have:
Experience preparing export documentation. Familiarity with document management systems such as SharePoint. Experience coordinating with freight forwarders. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
