Aquent is partnering with a global technology leader to identify a senior User Experience Designer to support the design of high-impact internal experimentation and tooling platforms. These applications are used by tens of thousands of internal users and play a critical role in shaping key business decisions.
This is a high-visibility engagement where you will operate as the sole UX Designer on a collaborative team, leading end-to-end workflow design and defining a unified product vision across multiple stakeholders.
About the Role In this role, you will lead UX/UI design for complex internal web applications. You will translate diverse stakeholder requirements into scalable, intuitive solutions while defining both a long-term “north-star” experience and a phased roadmap for iterative delivery.
This position requires strong ownership, systems thinking, and the ability to influence technical partners while maintaining a high bar for craft and usability.
What You'll Do Lead UX/UI design for high-stakes internal tooling used by tens of thousands of users
Own entire workflows and application-level experiences from concept through delivery
Translate complex, multi-stakeholder requirements into a unified, functional product vision
Define a north-star experience and build a prioritized, phased execution plan
Write high-quality UX copy to support usability and clarity
Deliver clean, web-ready designs within established design systems
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, agile environment,
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align on design direction
Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years of experience delivering interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
Proven ownership of full workflows or applications, including large-scale conceptual initiatives
5–7+ years of hands‑on Figma experience
Demonstrated ability to write clear, high-quality UX copy
Experience designing user interfaces that integrate Artificial Intelligence (at least one project)
Strong understanding of web-based information architecture and usability principles
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working with large datasets and statistical concepts
