Ross Stores - 9082 Glades Road - Responsibilities: Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft and identify suspicious behavior; Provide visible command presence and greet customers; Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives; Minimize operational shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers
