Ross Stores - 3300 Broadway St Space 920 - Responsibilities: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and associates at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Mitigating theft and fraud by identifying suspicious behavior and communicating findings to leadership; Minimizing operational shortage by educating and training associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Monitoring compliance with loss prevention directives and Code 50 package inspection policy; Representing the Ross brand and maintaining professional appearance as part of loss prevention initiatives
