Ross Stores - 18520 33rd Avenue West - Responsibilities: Monitors entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior.; Provides great Customer service by greeting Customers, making eye contact, smiling and answering questions in a friendly manner.; Communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention Leadership to report theft indicators.; Minimizes operational shortage by implementing shortage reduction initiatives and educating associates.; Observes and validates proper checkout procedures for Customers and Associates.
