Supply Chain Director

The Supply Chain Director is a key member of the Beverage North America leadership team, reporting directly to the President. This role provides strategic leadership for the entire supply chain, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and technology adoption. The Director ensures alignment with corporate objectives, drives efficiency, cost optimization, sustainability, and resilience through strategic implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and best practices. Supply Chain Strategy & Design

Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Optimize network design (manufacturing, distribution, sourcing) for cost, service, and sustainability. Supplier Relationship Management

Build strategic partnerships with key logistics suppliers. Support sourcing for contract negotiations and manage risk across global supply bases. Demand & Supply Planning

Oversee integrated business planning (IBP) and S&OP processes. Ensure accurate forecasting by working with Commercial Dept. and inventory optimization. Risk Management & Resilience

Identify vulnerabilities in the supply chain. Develop contingency plans for disruptions (e.g., geopolitical, natural disasters). Cost Optimization & Performance Metrics

Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service. Monitor KPIs like OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), inventory turns, dunnage returns and working capital. Sustainability & Compliance

Implement sustainable sourcing and packaging initiatives. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and ethical standards. Technology & Digital Transformation

Lead adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI in supply chain processes. Oversee ERP and supply chain management systems. Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams. Align supply chain decisions with marketing and sales strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's preferred. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing leadership. Strong knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems. Certifications in APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean highly desirable. Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and manage complex projects. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to travel up to 15%. Preferred Skills

Experience with advanced planning systems, automation, and AI. Strong financial acumen and understanding of cost drivers. Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. What Crown Offers You
