Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.; Monitors for potential theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Gathers theft indicators and uses information to impact shortage trends.; Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives.; Performs other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
