Ross Stores - 715 South 72nd Street - Responsibilities: Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior; Provide visible customer service through greeting customers, eye contact, and courteous interaction; Communicate theft indicators and collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize operational shortage
