Order Entry Technician .

As an

Order Entry Technician,

you'll work with the Inside Sales team on the pre-sale and post-sale process while managing sales orders throughout the operational process. The individual must have the ability to interact

timely

and

effectively

with external and internal customers, including customer service and production. The individual must have a take-charge attitude, be a problem solver and have a strong sense of urgency.

Key responsibilities:

Creating sales orders within the ERP system based on incoming customer purchase orders. These orders are highly time sensitive and require prompt action within 24 hours of receipt, quality data management, and close attention to detail. Acknowledging orders in customers online portals Creating customer quotes in the ERP system and performing basic scrubbing functions to ensure price accuracy. Maintain process standards including accuracy and flexibility in an ever-changing environment in order to provide the highest service level Performing order maintenance on established orders to account for in process changes (IPCs), deviations, schedule changes, etc. Provide timely and professional customer service via email and phone Qualifications/Skills:

Organized with attention to detail Able to identify and problem solve Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and colleagues Good understanding of computer basics including Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and working with online customer portals Ability to analyze and resolve issues with customer internet portals Work independently with little supervision on tasks Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00-$25.00 hourly

Design Ready Controls is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.

Pay Range:

$19 - $25 per hour
