Customer Service Order Entry

Shift:
1st Shift, 8am - 4:30pm 2nd Shift, 1pm - 9:30pm
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00/hr
PrideStaff is recruiting for a data entry position for their client in the Arlington Road area of South Akron. This is a customer service and order entry position and requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work effectively with co-workers. You will help process and track orders, and other administrative duties. The work environment is a large warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities: Data entry
Answer inbound customer calls
Make outbound customer calls
Process bills of lading
Process shipments and deliveries
General filing
Print labels Key Requirements:
10-key experience preferred
Office experience preferred
Customer Service
Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00
