Essential Skills for this Position:
Ability to structure finance transactions and facilitate warranty/insurance quotes Naturally has friendly personality and strong sales dynamic Uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business Project a professional image and provide excellent customer service Excellent communication skills, to effectively work with customers and colleagues Demonstrates commitment in the sales department and can step into the F&I process seamlessly Can provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, warranties and offer manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers Process credit application and secure financing for customer Coordinate delivery date with parts and service department to ensure a smooth transaction for customers Ensure compliance in the finance deals and associated paperwork Ability and willingness to learn quickly Exhibit strong problem solving skills Enjoys working Saturday Lightspeed EVO experience a plus Why launch a new career at Kettle Marine?
