* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and professionally * Process cash and credit card transactions * Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods * Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards * Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written * Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures * Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately * Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed * Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems * Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy * Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed * High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
