Base Salary:

$48,000–$55,000 annually (does not phase out as production grows) Commission:

10–15% of net origination fees on every funded loan Avg. Origination Fee:

~2.5% of loan value OTE — Year 1:

~$150,000+ (base + performance commissions on funded volume) Top Performer Range:

$200,000–$300,000+ as borrower network matures Employment Type:
