What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and articulate technological solutions tailored to customer business processes and needs

Design cloud-based workflows to address complex resilience and crisis challenges

Conduct virtual demonstrations of software solutions to executive-level audiences

Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather insights and refine the safety ecosystem

Provide technical bid support, documenting requirements and solution designs for high-value tenders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in technical solutions selling, sales engineering, marketing, or product management; or 4+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese for effective collaboration

Minimum 5 years of experience in business or software analysis related to commercial software lifecycles

Knowledge of the resilience industry, including business continuity and crisis management

Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in SaaS pre‑sales and software implementation

Background in physical security event management for large‑scale venues

Proven ability to lead business process discovery conversations bridging technical features and business outcomes

Familiarity with low‑code platform configurations
