What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Understand and translate customer business and technical needs into viable technological solutions
Design cloud-based workflows using SaaS Solution Architecture to address complex resilience and crisis challenges
Deliver virtual demonstrations of software solutions to executive-level audiences
Provide accurate scoping and resource projections for professional services engagements
Collaborate with global product experts and regional stakeholders, utilizing advanced English and Spanish proficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in technical solutions selling, sales engineering, marketing, or product management; OR 4+ years of experience in the same fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or software analysis
Strong knowledge of the resilience industry, including business continuity and crisis management
Experience with SaaS pre-sales and software implementation
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage
Experience in physical security event management for large-scale venues
Ability to lead business process discovery conversations bridging technical features and business outcomes
Autonomy in managing the LATAM region as a subject matter expert
Experience providing technical bid support for high-value tenders
