What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Understand and translate customer business and technical needs into viable technological solutions
Design cloud-based workflows using SaaS Solution Architecture to address complex resilience challenges
Deliver virtual demos of high-value software solutions to executive-level audiences
Manage the LATAM region autonomously as a subject matter expert
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide regional market insights for product refinement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in technical solutions selling, sales engineering, marketing, or product management, or 4+ years of experience in the same fields
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is an advantage
5+ years of experience in business or software analysis, particularly in commercial software lifecycles
Knowledge of the resilience industry, including Business Continuity and Crisis Management
Experience in SaaS pre-sales and software implementation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong understanding of physical security event management for large-scale venues
Experience in business process discovery to bridge technical features with business outcomes
Technical bid support experience for documenting high-value tenders
Familiarity with low-code platform configuration for software adaptation
Proven territory autonomy in managing regional responsibilities
