We specialize in residential and commercial roofing solutions including roof replacements, repairs, and insurance restoration work. Our mission is to provide honest assessments, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners and property managers protect their most valuable assets. Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, meeting with potential customers, inspecting roofs, and presenting roofing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and controlling their own income potential. Responsibilities Generate new leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and marketing leads Meet with homeowners and property managers to inspect roofs and identify potential damage Educate customers on roofing systems, repair options, and replacement solutions Assist homeowners with the insurance claims process when applicable Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth project completion Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and highly driven Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs Sales experience preferred but not required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation Commission-based pay with strong earning potential High commissions per job Performance bonuses available Flexible schedule Why Join Southern Peak Roofing?
