
Sales Engineer

Apply consultative selling techniques, which includes performing site analyses, creating business cases and presentations, and managing metrics for customers and prospects, to address their needs with the right solutions.
Successfully acquire new accounts and retain existing accounts in your sales territory.
Implement our sales strategy, and coordinate and plan your sales activities using a state-of-the-art CRM software.
Serve as primary contact, sought after expert and customer advocate both internal and external for assigned and new accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years in capital equipment sales with a proven track record of success. Significant Experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales. Strong knowledge of business plans, budgeting and developing strategies for market penetration. Understanding of financial reports, including contribution margins, profit and loss statements, budgeting and return on investment calculations. Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must. Ability to read and comprehend documents. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) and Salesforce. Preferred Skills
A dynamic “team spirit” personality and leadership style that is innovative and entrepreneurial, with a palpable sense of urgency and drive for results. Must be persuasive and influential, trusting and credible. Analytical and strategic minded with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
