Job Title

Key Responsibilities: Understand, communicate, and properly prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and triage to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow. Client communication and scheduling via telephone, email, and using scheduling apps. Client relations and services both in person and online. Managing patient information in our Practice management software and online platforms. Supporting the medical team and Practice operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent work experience required Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide compassionate, client-focused service Prior customer service experience is a MUST, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting Basic proficiency with technology, including scheduling software and online communication platforms Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even during busy periods. Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
