Role Description We are seeking a professional for a full-time, on-site Solar Field Marketing role based in Greater Boston. In this role, you will develop and execute field marketing strategies, implement market planning initiatives, and identify potential customers to generate leads. You will also collaborate with the sales team to create engagement opportunities, communicate the benefits of our solar solutions, and promote awareness about renewable energy. As part of the role, you will represent Everest Solar at local events, ensuring our mission of sustainability resonates with the community.

Qualifications Expertise in Market Planning and Field Marketing, with prior experience in creating and managing strategies for demand generation and brand visibility Strong skills in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, engage, and cultivate new customer opportunities Exceptional Communication skills to effectively present concepts, engage potential customers, and represent the company at public events Sales acumen to support conversion efforts and collaborate effectively with the sales team Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented, on-site environment, and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in the renewable energy sector, while not required, is highly advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred
