We are looking for a
Social Media Strategist
who is deeply connected to social culture and passionate about storytelling through digital platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute
social-first content strategies
that engage audiences and elevate the brand presence across key social channels. You will collaborate with
brand, creative, and communications teams
to deliver innovative social media campaigns while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice. Key Responsibilities
Content Development
Conceptualize and create
engaging social-first content
for major brand stories across key social platforms including
Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube . Platform Management
Manage daily posting and scheduling of content across global social channels. Maintain social profiles including
bio updates, links, highlights, and playlists . Community Management
Engage with social communities by
monitoring, responding to, and interacting with followers . Foster meaningful connections with audiences and build a strong online community. Monitor social conversations, sentiment, and cultural trends. Identify opportunities for the brand to participate in
real-time cultural moments . Brand Voice
Maintain and evolve the
brand’s tone of voice (TOV)
across social platforms. Ensure messaging aligns with the overall brand positioning and identity. Partner with
internal teams (Brand, Creative, Communications)
and
external agencies
to execute social media strategies. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required 5+ years of experience
in a senior social media role Experience managing social media for
top brands such as New Balance, Reebok, NBA, or similar Expert knowledge of
Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Strong understanding of
Gen Z culture and social media trends Excellent
writing, communication, and storytelling skills Proven experience in
community management and audience engagement Preferred Qualifications
Passion for
streetwear, fashion, sports, and pop culture Experience creating content strategies for
global brands Strong understanding of
social media analytics and performance metrics Key Traits for Success
Creative thinker with a strong sense of
visual and cultural trends Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to
work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects Self-motivated and comfortable working in
fast-paced environments
