This role designs practical, engaging training that helps sellers build confidence, change behaviors, and perform at a higher level.You’ll blend modern instructional design, sales savvy, and technology-enabled learning to create experiences that fit naturally into sellers’ day-to-day work. You’ll partner closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership to ensure training aligns to strategy, tools, and how selling really happens.This role supports a globally distributed sales organization, so flexibility and collaboration across time zones are part of the job. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and working with smart, motivated people, you’ll feel right at home.**What You’ll Do****Design Sales Learning That Sticks*** Design scalable, end-to-end sales learning experiences for onboarding, role readiness, and product launches using a blended approach (live facilitation, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning).* Turn sales strategy into clear, role-based learning that sellers can immediately apply in their selling process.* Create modular, reusable, scenario-based learning that emphasizes practice, confidence, and skill mastery.* Apply adult learning principles and modern technology (including AI) to move beyond “check-the-box” training and drive real behavior change.**Measure What Matters*** Partner with Sales Operations and Enablement to define success metrics for training initiatives (e.g., time-to-productivity, adoption, proficiency).* Design assessments and certifications that confirm sellers are truly ready - not just familiar.* Continuously improve learning experiences using seller feedback, performance data, and evolving tools.**Work Closely Across the Business*** Collaborate with Sales Enablement to align training with playbooks, messaging, and field execution.* Partner with Sales Operations to embed learning into systems sellers already use (CRM, collaboration platforms, enablement tools).* Work with sales leaders and subject-matter experts to ensure training reflects real selling challenges and expectations.**What We’re Looking For****Required Qualifications*** 3+ years of experience in instructional design, sales training, enablement, or learning experience design.* Experience designing training for sales or other client-facing roles.* A strong understanding of modern B2B sales motions and consultative selling.* A proven ability to create engaging, application-focused learning (beyond slide decks).* Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience designing learning with or alongside AI-enabled tools (content creation, simulations, personalization).* Familiarity with common sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC, solution selling).* Working proficiency with LMS platforms, sales enablement tools, and CRM-integrated learning.* Experience measuring training effectiveness using business or performance metrics.* Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift and learning needs grow.**How You’ll Be Successful*** You take a performance-first mindset, defining clear outcomes and success metrics for every learning initiative.* You communicate clearly, align stakeholders efficiently, and keep projects moving without unnecessary complexity.* You produce seller-ready assets like job aids, talk tracks, and scenarios that translate strategy into action.* You’re curious and proactive about testing new learning technologies (including AI) to improve speed, quality, and engagement.* You balance creativity with strong execution, delivering on deadlines while iterating based on feedback and data.**Why This Role Is Fun (and Important)**You’ll have real ownership, meaningful impact, and a seat at the table with teams who care deeply about doing great work.
